The Austrian Mountain Troop Ripstop Jacket is a lightweight, durable field jacket designed for high-activity use in rugged terrain. It sits somewhere between a heavy combat shirt and a traditional field coat.
- Material: Made from a 65% polyester / 35% cotton blend with a ripstop weave. This "box-grid" pattern prevents small snags or holes from tearing further.
- Design: It features a slim, athletic cut compared to the bulky M65 parkas. It is designed to be worn comfortably under the straps of a heavy rucksack.
- Two large, vertical "Napoleon" zippered chest pockets (easy to access while wearing a backpack or chest rig).
